According to the yoga and Ayurveda a human need to eat only 2 healthy meals a day and between the 2 meals you must have an 8-hour gap. 2 meals a day promotes better digestion, improves sugar control, reducing ins, unnecessary secretion potentially leading to a more stable energy level due to less blood sugar fluctuations.
We typically offer healthy, vegetarian meals made with fresh, locally sourced ingredients, where possible. We aim to provide a nutritious and balanced diet that supports your physical and mental well-being during your retreat.

No, the student is responsible to maintain the room's cleanliness, only PIYF’s provides clean bed sheets, pillow covers and towels every 5-7 days or earlier on request.

We advise long trousers and t-shirt covering the shoulders, preferably white. Also we would send further details before starting yoga course that what do you need to bring.
