Ancient breathing techniques are practiced every morning to awaken prana. Each pranayama is taught step by step with proper sitting posture and bandhas.

You’ll practice traditional asanas, understand the sequence, and learn how to hold postures with awareness.
This part of the course follows the traditional Mysore-style Ashtanga Vinyasa sequence.
Meditation is taught with both structure and freedom.
You will explore various traditional techniques and discover which ones work best for you.

As I bid farewell to the Patanjali International Yoga Foundation, I am filled with gratitude towards Guru Ji Dr. Jitendra Das, Navneet Ji, Mandeep Ji, and the entire team for providing an exceptional training experience and a delightful stay at the ashram. As a long-time yoga practitioner, I spent years searching for the right school to deepen my practice and become a teacher myself. After considering various institutions in Canada, the USA, and India, I felt a strong connection to Patanjali International upon receiving a referral, and my intuition proved correct.
The intensive training far surpassed my expectations. We delved into the traditional teachings of ancient Hatha Yoga, specifically Patanjali Yoga, covering complex aspects such as asana, pranayama, kriya, bandha, meditation, yogic philosophy, anatomy, and the art of teaching. The ashram's location and environment were integral to our training, melding seamlessly with the daily routines and the nutritious, freshly-prepared yogic meals, enhancing our overall experience. Every inquiry and request was met with thoughtful responses.
The above schedules are changeable according to summer or winter weather. Our classes run from Monday to Saturday, Sunday we get a free day from Teaching, or Sunday we go to Excurtion and Sight seeing.
Note: This is a general flow. Some days include fire ceremony, outdoor practice, excursions, or kirtan nights.
“Routine doesn’t limit you in yoga — it frees you.”

Sage Patanjali
Patanjali describes the third limb of yoga, which is the asana, as "Sthiram, Sukham Asanam" - Mean asana the position should be comfortable and stable, that is all the asana is about. Because "comfort" is such a misused word, maybe a closer word to "sukha" in English would be "ease."
Patanjali Systems
During our trainings we follow the techniques, which are described in Sanskrit sources and textbooks. Following GURUKUL training system with the central point of constant deep connection of the Master and students.

We maintain full compliance with their standards and ethics.
