The training covers the theoretical and practical aspects of Kundalini Yoga, including kriyas (sequences of exercises), meditations, and Mantra. It covers anatomy and physiology Chakras, Nadis, Aura, Subtle Body. Yogic lifestyle, Seva, Tapas, and satvik nutrition.

The aim of this training is to build the Kundalini Yoga foundation and expertise needed to teach Yoga at an advanced level — anywhere in the world.

The Subtle Body:
The subtle body is an energetic structure beyond the physical body. It includes the chakras (energy centers), nadis (energy channels), aura (electromagnetic field), and the Ten Bodies. It governs intuition, spiritual perception, and connection to higher consciousness.
What is Seva?
Seva is selfless service performed without expectation of reward. It purifies the ego, opens the heart, and deepens one’s connection to others and the Divine.
What Are Tapas (Yogic Discipline)?
Yogic discipline (Tapas) is the inner consistent practice of yoga. It includes daily sadhana (spiritual practice), conscious living, healthy habits, ethical behavior, and spiritual growth, even when it’s challenging.
Tapas is one of the niyamas in Patanjali’s Eight Limbs of Yoga. It refers to the inner fire of self-discipline that burns through obstacles and distractions.

Modern Facilities: Each of our buildings is equipped with modern facilities to ensure your stay is as pleasant as possible. Air Conditioning Available: Air conditioning is available at an additional cost, but it is important to inquire about it before booking, as there are a limited number of rooms with AC. Ensure you ask about AC availability to secure your preferred room.
Accommodation and Yoga Ashram Facility
You’ll be staying in a clean, peaceful yogic environment, very close to the banks of the Ganga and surrounded by the Himalayan nature.
Note: This is an ashram-style setup — not a hotel or commercial guesthouse. Simple, clean and spiritual. “It’s not luxury, but intention, that creates the ideal space for awakening.”
*We provide five – seven dishes in one meal with proper nutrition and fresh cooked. Our foods are suitable for both western and eastern students. We have different menu for each day.
Based on yoga and Ayurveda the body needs just two meals of nutritious food per every day. This is followed by an 8 hours gap between each meal. This method helps improve digestion, improves your energy levels and boosts overall health.
We serve two freshly prepared Satvik meals a day along with herbal tea.
Our school is Situated on the bank of Mother Ganga in the Heart of Tapovan Sarai, near Shivananda asharm post office and Kriya Yoga ashram in Rishikesh india, surrounded by the sacred flow of the Ganges and a rich yogic culture that radiates peace and presence.

Our 200-Hour Kundalini Yoga TTC follows Yoga Alliance USA standards completely:
Your certificate will allow you to register internationally as an RYT-200 Kundalini Yoga teacher.
After graduating, you will be ready to:

You will receive a RYT-200 Hour Kundalini Yoga certificate, eligible for registration with Yoga Alliance USA.

Patanjali describes the third limb of yoga, which is the asana, as "Sthiram, Sukham Asanam" - Mean asana the position should be comfortable and stable, that is all the asana is about. Because "comfort" is such a misused word, maybe a closer word to "sukha" in English would be "ease."
